Consul General Li Lin has left Davao on 28th March, 2023 to assume his new post as Director General of Foreign Affairs Office of the People’s Government of Fujian Province.

Before his departure, he was able to bid farewell face-to-face to Vice President Sara, Mayor Sebastian Duterte, a number of officials from different departments, other Consul Generals and honorary consuls in Davao and representatives of the Chinese community in Mindanao. He also sent out farewell letters to friends across Mindanao. The city council of Davao passed a resolution expressing its appreciation for the relentless work of Mr Li Lin in the past 5 years fostering the friendship between the Chinese side and Davao.
